Akron/Family are nothing new. Born out of Williamsburg's creative 'scene', they've been doing the rounds since 2003, during which time they're managed to release five sterling albums including this year's sterling 'Set 'Em Wild, Set 'Em Free'.

They touch down on these shores in two weeks for a show at the newly reopened 'Relentless' Garage. We shall be there.
